Yoga and Safari

Yoga is the ancient Indian tradition, a complete path to your own truth and to the universal truth.

The word “Yoga” essentially means – Union- or “that which brings you to reality” or “ the union between your self and the divine”. Union means it brings you to the ultimate reality, where individual manifestations of life are surface bubble in the process of creation.

To frame it in a few lines would not do justice to its depth and vastness. Some know it for its physical approach on the yoga mat. Some experience it as meditation, others dive inits deep philosophical aspects of life.
To practice Yoga at Flame of the Forest means to let nature guide you through your practice. Your meditation might have a background sound of the monkeys high up in the trees, a heard of goats passing by or local children playing in the river. Since we are located in a tribal belt right in the very heart of India, the life style of the local people is directly reflecting the yoga philosophy. Some of the concepts which you have studied or heard of might just get a more practical approach if you see it in a daily set up, in the every day life of the local people living the philosophy.
