The retreat is filled with adventure, wildlife and Nature, Yoga Practice, Pranayama and Meditation. There is a lot of time in between to rest and enjoy nature. We will also provide you with lectures about wildlife and nature, so you really take a lot of inspiration and knowledge back home with you.

As you have already see on this website, we are small on purpose. We have four cottages, a dining hall and the Yoga – Shala spread over 20 acres of riverside land. Social distancing occurs by default.
